The name Basil is derived from the Greek word for "king". Often referred to as the 'king of herbs', Basil is powerful with a pleasant, fresh, almost menthol fragrance. This candle can be burned in your home to cleanse it of negative energy and banish any harm which may be present. You may choose to burn this candle during the waxing moon for seven days in a row while concentrating on financial freedom and a lift of your financial burdens. Since we are in Texas and ship nationwide, summer heat can affect candle wax. The inside of UPS and USPS trucks can become extremely hot! Please be aware that although we do attempt to package our candles well and insulate them as best we can during our extended summer season, they may still arrive warped or misshapen due to the intense summertime shipping temperatures. Please keep this in mind when deciding whether or not to purchase candles during the Texas summer months of May through October. If your candle does arrive warped or misshapen, try submerging it in hot water in the kitchen sink just long enough to soften up the wax so you can straighten out the candle. Candles (and products containing candles) purchased from May to October are done so at your own risk and will not be eligible for returns or refunds if they arrive to you warped, misshapen or if the candle melts on the product due to exposure to extreme heat.
