Buyer's Guide - How do I submit a USA order at your store?  by  WiccanWay

  1. Go to our website at http://www.wiccanway.com and add the products you’d like to purchase into your shopping cart (click the red "Add To Cart" button on any product you'd like to purchase).
  2. When you are ready to check out your order, go to the View Cart web page (there's a link to "View Cart" on the right hand side of the screen) and click the button which says “USA & APO/FPO Checkout” (has a small picture of the US flag in the background).
  3. Fill out the fields on Checkout Step 1 (shipping information). Click the button at the bottom to continue.
  4. Fill out the fields on Checkout Step 2 (shipping method selection). Click the button at the bottom to continue.
  5. Fill out Checkout Step 3 (billing information and credit card info). Make sure all billing information is accurate and then submit that information. If your credit card data is accepted, you will receive an order number along with a link you can use to print out a copy of your invoice.

Buyer's Guide - Do you have paper catalogs available?  by  WiccanWay

No, we do not print paper catalogs. Our online store IS our catalog and lists every product we currently have available for sale. Because our available stock changes so frequently (we update daily as new items come in, other items get discontinued and out of stock items are updated), a catalog would never be an accurate representation of our current selection. A catalog might also cause problems for customers expecting us to carry a certain product when we don't anymore. With the web site, it's always current and up to date. Additionally, by saving the costs involved in publishing a catalog, we're able to maintain the affordable product pricing we prefer to offer our customers.

Buyer's Guide - Do you sell wholesale to businesses?  by  WiccanWay

At this time, Dsaria International LLC and The Wiccan Way do not sell products to other businesses at wholesale pricing. We are a retail store, not a wholesale store. Additionally, we will not disclose information about our current wholesale vendors. All of our vendors are easily found with some dedicated searching on Google or Bing, so if you are serious about creating your own store, you can find your vendors with a little bit of time and effort online.

Buyer's Guide - Which payment types do you accept?  by  WiccanWay

Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Gift Cards, Check Cards, PayPal
At this time, Dsaria International LLC and The Wiccan Way accept the following payment types: Visa Credit Cards, Visa Debit Cards, Visa Gift Cards, Pre-Paid Visa Cards, MasterCard Credit Cards, MasterCard Debit Cards, MasterCard Gift Cards, Pre-Paid MasterCard Debit Cards, Discover Credit Cards, American Express Credit Cards, American Express Gift Cards and PayPal.

If you do not have a credit or debit card, you can purchase a "Pre-Paid" debit card at many convenience stores and some grocery stores. These Pre-Paid cards are a great alternative to having your own credit or debit card and work the same way as a regular credit or debit card when shopping online. We do not accept personal (paper) checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks or mail-in orders. All orders need to be placed online using one of the accepted payment methods listed above. We do not ship orders COD.

Buyer's Guide - Why can't I put more than one item in my shopping cart?  by  WiccanWay

If you are having problems using our Shopping Cart, your internet browser may not be properly set to accept "cookies". A Cookie is a small piece of code that allows us to "remember" your order and add the items to the shopping cart.

You need to accept cookies from our website so we're able to keep your shopping items in your Cart. To do this, you need to add our store as a trusted site in your browser. Each browser is a little different, so we provided information below on how to accept cookies on two of the most popular browsers below.

Steps for Enabling Cookies

Internet Explorer 9.0
  1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.

Mozilla Firefox
  1. Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy.
  4. Set "Firefox will:" to Use custom settings for history.
  5. Check the box next to "Accept cookies from sites" to enable cookies.
  6. Click OK.

Google Chrome
  1. Click the Chrome menu > Settings.
  2. Click the Advanced link at the bottom of the page.
  3. In the Advanced section, click Site settings or Content settings.
  4. Click Allow local data to be set (recommended).
  5. Click Done on that popup box to save your setting.

One other possibility for your problem could be your firewall. Zone Alarm firewalls (licensed under a myriad of names) are the most troublesome for online shopping and unfortunately, they are one of the most commonly used firewalls by Internet Service Providers. You would need to contact your ISP or your firewall software's technical support people for further help with the specific settings needed to allow cookies to be used for online shopping. If all else fails, try turning off your firewall briefly to see if that helps the situation. You can also try decreasing the security level on your firewall or check your documentation and add www.wiccanway.com as a trusted site to allow the acceptance of the necessary cookie code.

Buyer's Guide - How do I find products I'm looking for?  by  WiccanWay

  • Use the navigation menus at the top, on the left and at the bottom of our website.
  • Type a keyword into the SEARCH box. The search box automatically searches both product names and descriptions. Try to use the singular version of words rather than the plural version. For example, search for "bowl" instead of "bowls".
If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact our Customer Service department by filling out our Customer Service Request form. We'll get back to you shortly, usually within 24 hours of when you send in your request.

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left and bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow".

You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact our Customer Service department by filling out our Customer Service Request form. We'll get back to you shortly, usually within 24 hours from the time you send in your request.

My Account - What is "My Account" and what can I do with my account?  by  WiccanWay

In the "My Account" section of the store, you can:
  • Check the current processing status of your order.
  • View your past order history.
  • Track your shipments directly from your "My Account" screen.
  • View the billing and shipping addresses we have on file for you.
  • Print "On Demand" receipts for your orders.
  • Update your billing and shipping address.
  • Update/correct/edit your email address.
  • Set your email preferences.
  • Edit a review you've written.
  • View your personal wishlist
  • View the status of any Customer Service Requests you've submitted while logged into your account.
  • Check your Rewards Program point balance.

My Account - How do I register an account?  by  WiccanWay

Creating an account is EASY! Here are instructions to get your account set up:
  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Click on the 3rd red box which says "Create Account".
  3. Accurately complete all the information requested. (Be sure your password is at least 8 characters long.) (Since this is for US Accounts, the country defaults to United States).
  4. Add the verification code from the picture and then click "Proceed".
  5. You should be taken to a page confirming the creation of your account.
  6. If you place a US order with us, you can also register a new account as part of the checkout process.

If you do not have a US address, we are not able to accept the registration of non-US accounts. You can still order with us, but international ordering is completed differently. Instructions for non-US ordering.

Click the My Account link near the top of our site to check the current status of your order. You can also check your email to see if you have received your shipping confirmation. Be sure to check your email spam/junk folders if you have not received an expected email from us. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from us within 2 business days from the expected Order Processing Date, please complete our Customer Service Request Form and we will investigate the issue.

If your order needs to be changed, please inform us immediately by completing a Customer Service Request Form. Please note that once an order has begun processing or if it has been shipped, we will not be able to change the order. For the best chance to get changes made to your order, be sure to submit your Customer Service Request Form within 2 hours from the time the order had been submitted to us.

Order Status - My order never arrived. What do I do?  by  WiccanWay

Click the My Account link near the top of our site to check your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. If you order displays your Package Tracking Number, click the link and track the shipment to see if the shipper shows your package has been delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered" but you have not received it, please immediately inform our Customer Service department about the problem by completing a Customer Service Request form for us.

Order Status - An item is missing from my shipment, what do I do?  by  WiccanWay

If you think there is something missing from your shipment, please read the following information:
  • DO NOT THROW OUT THE SHIPPING BOX (we will need it to file a loss claim)
  • Compare the packing slip to what was received in the box to determine what may be missing
  • Completely EMPTY out ALL contents of the box including all packing materials (small items will sometimes be hiding within the peanuts)
  • Unwrap all items wrapped in bubble wrap (we will wrap multiple items together for better cushioning)
  • Inspect the box to see if it appears that damage occurred during shipping and items were lost out of the box while in transit
  • If you still haven’t found your missing items after completely emptying the box and unwrapping anything wrapped in bubble wrap, report your missing items IMMEDIATELY (within 2 calendar days from date your order is received) to our Customer Service department by completing a Customer Service Request form. Be sure to include your order number and the date the order was received in the body of your request.
  • All reports for missing items must be made to us via our Customer Service Request form within 2 calendar days of receipt of your order. Reports for missing items made after that time frame will not be investigated.

Order Status - My order was damaged in transit, what do I do?  by  WiccanWay

If there are any damaged items in your shipment, please read the following information:
  • DO NOT THROW OUT THE SHIPPING BOX OR ANY OF THE PACKING MATERIALS (we will need all of it to file a loss claim)
  • Report your damaged items IMMEDIATELY (within 2 calendar days from date your order is received) to our Customer Service department by completing a Customer Service Request form. Be sure to include your order number in the email. Please include a list of what was damaged and how it was damaged. We will also need to know if the box appears to be damaged too. If possible, use a digital camera and take pictures of the damage. We may need those pictures to document the damage for the shipping company.
  • Once we've received your Customer Service Request form, we will contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. Do not throw out the shipping box or any packing materials. They will be needed to authenticate the damage claim.
  • We will contact you via email about replacing the damaged items once we have received your Customer Service Request form.
  • All reports for damaged items must be made to us via our Customer Service Request form within 2 calendar days of receipt of your order. Reports for damaged items made after that time frame will not be investigated or replaced.

It is not our normal policy to accept orders which will result in backorders. If an exception to our normal policy has occurred, we will communicate with you via email to keep you updated on any backorder status.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the state of Pennsylvania. We charge our local sales tax rate of 6.00% for all orders shipped to addresses within the State of Pennsylvania.

US Shipping - Can you take your store name off the shipping label?  by  WiccanWay

We understand that many of our customers do not want the delivery person or their roommates or their family members to see what kind of store their package is coming from. But because of the new anti-terrorist laws which went into effect after the September 11, 2001 tragedies, we are required by all shippers to put our return name and address on the shipping label. However, it is our COMPANY name, Dsaria International LLC, which displays on the label, not our STORE name. So all packages are shipped under our company name, Dsaria International LLC, which is a very generic sounding name and that helps keep prying eyes from knowing what's inside your package.

US Shipping - Can you ship my order in a plain box?  by  WiccanWay

Absolutely! It is our standard shipping policy for ALL ORDERS to be shipped in plain brown boxes or plain US Postal Service boxes. We don't put any additional information on the boxes other than the required shipping label. Please see the previous question for information about what's included on our shipping label.

US Shipping - How can I calculate my shipping costs before I submit my order?  by  WiccanWay
You can easily get the shipping cost for the items in your shopping cart BEFORE you check out your order. Here are the steps to do that:
  1. Put the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart.
  2. Once you're done, if you're not already viewing the shopping cart, then click the View Cart link on the far right hand side of the red bar up near the top of the page.
  3. When you're on the view cart page, scroll down just a bit till you see the input boxes in the middle of the screen. One of them says "Calculate Shipping" right in front of it.
  4. Enter your zip code (or the zip code of where you want the items in your cart to be shipped) and then click "Go!" right after the zip code.
  5. The various shipping cost choices will be calculated for you based on the zip code you entered. You can click the small down arrow in the box to see all the choices and their respective costs.
That's it! Keep in mind that the calculation is done based ONLY on the items in your cart and the zip code. If either of those two pieces of information change, the shipping cost will change too. So be sure to do it right before you're ready to check out your order.

US Shipping - Do you have any Free Shipping available?  by  WiccanWay


Yes, we do! All orders shipped to the US where the product total is at least $40 and the package weight is less than 8 pounds will be eligible for free shipping.

Additionally, all APO/FPO orders are eligible for free shipping and always will be, no matter the weight of the order, the order total or which products are being ordered. That will always be our policy at The Wiccan Way and it's the least we can do to support our deployed US military service personnel.

US Shipping - How do UPS and USPS calculate their shipping costs?  by  WiccanWay

Both UPS and USPS Shipping rates are primarily calculated based upon the weight of the package and the distance the package must travel from our location (Dallas, TX) to yours. In addition to those two factors, UPS also takes three additional factors into consideration when calculating shipping costs: 1) Whether or not the delivery is going to a residential address, 2) Whether the delivery address is in a UPS classified "remote area", and 3) The fluctuating cost of fuel (gas/diesel).

UPS defines a residential delivery as: "A residential delivery is defined as delivery to a location that is a home, including a business operating out of a home, that does not have an entrance open to the public." Residential deliveries are assessed an additional charge which is added to the base shipping charge.

To find out if your delivery zip code is classified as a "remote area", you can view the latest UPS Area Surcharge Listing. The following table shows the factors which influence the charges based on the shipping method you choose:

Your shipping charges at The Wiccan Way are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information so you will know exactly how much your order will cost before you finalize it. Simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your destination state and zip code on the shopping cart page and you'll be shown the shipping costs for the shipping methods available based on the items currently displayed in your cart.

When placing your order, keep these hints in mind to help reduce your shipping costs:
  1. If you order from us regularly, order more items at a time. The first pound ALWAYS costs the most to ship, and any additional pounds are added into the shipping cost at a much lower rate.
  2. If you ship using UPS, ship your order to a delivery address that UPS recognizes as a commercial address. (Home-based businesses ARE NOT classified as commercial addresses.)
  3. Ship your order to a "non-remote" location (see the UPS link above) whenever possible.
  4. Most times, USPS Priority Mail is the least expensive shipping method for packages which weigh 1-2 pounds. It is usually more economical to ship packages via UPS Ground when they weigh more than 1-2 pounds.

You can view our Order Processing Schedule on the View Cart page and Checkout Page 2 to see when your order will be processed and shipped if you ordered today. Also, after placing your order, you may click the My Account link near the top of our site to track the progress and status of your order. You will also receive an emailed shipping confirmation with the associated tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.
