Shipping Policy - United States Only


We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding all major US/Postal holidays and any advertised Wiccan Way store holiday/inventory closures. You have the following options for shipping your order within the United States: Free Ground Shipping, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping costs are calculated when the order is checked out and are based on the total weight of your order, the location your order is being shipped to and the shipping method you have chosen.

All APO and FPO shipping must be done via USPS Priority Mail.

Virtually all orders paid for by credit card are shipped from our facility 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Please see our Shipping Estimates chart (posted on the View Cart page and on Step 2 of order checkout) for the shipping schedule for orders submitted TODAY. Choosing an expedited shipping method will not reduce the posted order processing time frame.

Emailed Shipping Notification - On the day your order is shipped, we will email you a notice informing you that your order has been shipped. This email will give you all current shipping information, including any applicable tracking numbers. The tracking number information is normally active on the UPS and USPS web sites 24 hours after you receive your status update notification from us.

Shipping Times - Shipping time calculations start from the day your order leaves our facility, not from the day your order is submitted. If your order is submitted today, the date your order will be shipped is posted on the Shipping Estimates chart (posted on the View Cart page and on Step 2 of order checkout). Once your order leaves our facility, standard shipping times will apply. Standard shipping times depend on the shipping method chosen, your location and the volume being handled by the shipper at that time. Most normally, standard shipping times take from three to five business days within the USA, unless you choose an expedited shipping method. Shipping times during the holiday seasons may take considerably longer than three to five business days, so please plan your purchases accordingly.

  - All orders shipped to the US where the product total is at least $40 and the package weight is less than 8 pounds will be eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Insurance - The following shipping methods are automatically insured against damage/loss while in transit: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air. Optional insurance can be purchased by the customer to insure packages which are shipped by USPS First Class Mail or which are shipped using our store's Free Shipping option. This optional insurance can be purchased during Step 2 of order checkout. All insurance for USPS and UPS shipping methods covers loss and/or damage which occurs while the package is in the possession of your chosen shipper. This insurance does not cover theft of your package after it has been delivered, nor does it cover damage done to items after delivery. All damage or loss occurring after package delivery is the customer's responsibility.

UPS/USPS Signature Requirements - We reserve the right to require a signature at the time of delivery on any shipment. Requesting a signature release does not guarantee you that a signature will not be required for the delivery of your order. Please Note: UPS drivers also have the right to request a signature on any package they are responsible for delivering. So even if WE don't require a signature for delivery, UPS may still do so.

Mid-Shipment UPS Address Changes - If, for any reason, UPS has to make a change to your shipping address, either mid-shipment or during the attempted delivery of your package, they will charge us anywhere from $10.00 to $25.00 to do so, depending on whether the shipment was Ground, 3rd Day, or 2nd Day Air. This fee is incurred whether you requested the address change yourself or whether UPS was required to do so after an unsuccessful delivery attempt (i.e. you don't live at that address any more, or there is a typo in your shipping address). All address change fees will be passed on and charged to you.

UPS/USPS Undeliverable Packages and Refused Packages - If your order is returned to us because the delivery was rejected, refused, the package was unclaimed, you were unavailable to accept delivery or the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, the return shipping fees charged to us by the shipper (UPS or USPS), in addition to the original shipping costs and a 20% return processing fee, will be deducted from any refund amount. If you decide you want us to re-ship your previously undeliverable order, we will only do so after charging your credit card for the returned shipment fees plus a second set of shipping fees to cover the costs of the repeat outbound shipment.

Avoid Processing Delays - Provide Accurate Email And Billing Information - Problems with verifying and authenticating the credit card used for your purchase may cause delays in processing your order, depending on how quickly you are able to respond to our emails regarding any problems we encounter. To avoid any delays, please be sure to give us an accurate email address which you monitor on a regular basis, an accurate daytime phone number and an accurate billing address for your credit card account when checking out your shopping cart.

Shipment Labeling - Because we respect your need for privacy, the return address label on your package will show the name "Dsaria International LLC" and WILL NOT show the name "The Wiccan Way" anywhere on exterior of the package.
